Abstract

Disclosed is a method for producing a titanium porous sintered plate having high porosity and large area with high productivity. Specifically, a titanium secondary particle wherein titanium primary particles aggregate into a spherical shape is produced. Then, the spherical titanium secondary particles are mixed with a binder to form a slurry, and the slurry is processed into a plate-like molded body. The molded body is dried, then heated for removing the binder, and then sintered at high temperature.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une plaque frittée poreuse en titane présentant une porosité élevée et une grande surface spécifique avec un rendement élevé. Spécifiquement, des particules secondaires de titane sont fabriquées à partir de particules primaires de titane qui s'agglomèrent en une forme sphérique. Ensuite, les particules secondaires de titane sphériques sont mélangées à un liant pour former une bouillie, et la bouillie est transformée en un corps moulé en forme de plaque. Le corps moulé est séché puis chauffé pour retirer le liant, et fritté à haute température.

 気孔率が大きく且つ大面積のチタン多孔質焼結板を生産性よく製造する。これを実現するめに、チタン一次粒子が球状に凝集したチタン二次粒子を製造する。その球状チタン二次粒子をバインダーと混合してスラリーとし、そのスラリーを板状の成形体に加工する。その成形体を乾燥した後、加熱して成形体中のバインダーを除去し、高温で焼結する。
