It is an object to properly control an ATPC operation and an adaptive modulation system, and to reduce an instantaneous interruption probability of a high priority signal while to suppress an interference amount lowly at ordinary time in a continuous signal transmission system. A wireless communication device is provided with a control means for controlling a transmitting level to its partner's wireless communication device for modulation system switching control and for setting a receiving level received by its own device to be a prescribed value, wherein this control means controls the transmitting level to the wireless communication device for the partner to be constant when a modulation system switching control switches from a first modulation system to a second modulation system, and, then, carries out at least either transmitting level lowering control for lowering the transmitting level stepwise by a prescribed value or receiving level control for confirming a receiving level state for a prescribed time.

L'invention a pour objet de commander correctement une opération ATPC et un système de modulation adaptatif, et de réduire une probabilité d'interruption instantanée d'un signal de haute priorité tout en supprimant une quantité d'interférence faible au niveau d'un intervalle ordinaire dans un système de transmission de signal continu. Un dispositif de communication sans fil est pourvu d'un moyen de commande pour commander un niveau de transmission sur un dispositif de communication sans fil de son partenaire afin de commander la commutation de système de modulation et pour fixer un niveau de réception reçu par son propre dispositif déterminant ainsi une valeur prescrite, ce moyen de commande commandant le niveau de transmission au dispositif de communication sans fil pour le partenaire afin qu'il reste constant lorsqu'une commande de commutation de système de modulation commute d'un premier système de modulation à un second système de modulation, et ensuite, exécute au moins soit la commande d'abaissement de niveau de transmission destinée à abaisser le niveau de transmission par paliers d'une valeur prescrite, soit la commande de niveau de réception destinée à confirmer un état de niveau de réception pendant un intervalle prescrit.
