A method for producing a long sheet with sprocket holes in which a plurality of sprocket holes are formed in a plurality of rows using a device for punching sprocket holes sequentially one by one. The method comprises a third step for setting imaginary lines (140, 140') for every row by connecting with a line the position (A0) of a punched sprocket hole and the position (A1) of an initially set sprocket hole, and setting the punching positions of the a plurality of sprocket holes for every row along the imaginary lines such that they are arranged at a constant interval from at least the minimum allowable interval (P0-δP0) to up to the maximum allowable interval (P0+δP0) in the set interval P0 of sprocket holes. A long sheet with sprocket holes in which the sprocket holes are formed with high precision as compared with prior art can thereby be produced.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une longue feuille pourvue de trous d'entraînement, procédé selon lequel plusieurs trous d'entraînement sont formés en plusieurs rangées au moyen d'un dispositif destiné à poinçonner des trous d'entraînement un par un. Le procédé comprend une troisième étape qui consiste à établir des lignes imaginaires (140, 140') pour chaque rangée en associant à une ligne la position (A0) d'un trou d'entraînement poinçonné et la position (A1) d'un trou d'entraînement initialement réglé puis à établir les positions de poinçonnage desdits trous d'entraînement pour chaque rangée le long des lignes imaginaires, de sorte que ces trous sont disposés à un intervalle constant compris entre au moins l'intervalle minimum admissible (P0-δP0) et l'intervalle maximum admissible (P0+δP0) par rapport à l'intervalle de référence P0 entre des trous d'entraînement. Par rapport à la technique actuelle, l'invention permet ainsi d'obtenir une longue feuille pourvue de trous d'entraînement formés avec une grande précision.

 本発明のスプロケットホール付き長尺シートの製造方法は、スプロケットホール1個ずつについて順次穿孔加工を行うスプロケットホール穿孔装置を用いて、複数列をなす複数のスプロケットホールが形成されたスプロケットホール付き長尺シートを製造する方法である。穿孔加工済みスプロケットホールの位置Aと初期設定スプロケットホールの位置Aとを直線で結んで列毎に仮想ライン140,140’を設定し、仮想ラインに沿って、かつ、スプロケットホールの設定間隔Pにおける最小許容間隔(P-δP)以上で最大許容間隔(P+δP)以下の一定の間隔で複数のスプロケットホールが配列されるように、複数のスプロケットホールの穿孔位置を列毎に設定する第3ステップを含む。  従来よりも高い精度でスプロケットホールが形成されたスプロケットホール付き長尺シートを製造することが可能となる。
