Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine DNA-Polymerase mit erhöhter Reverse Transkriptase Aktivität, welche im Vergleich zur Wildtyp-Variante mindestens eine Mutation in ihrer Aminosäuresequenz aufweist, sowie eine Wirtszelle und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der DNA-Polymerase. Desweiteren betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Identifikation einer Nukleinsäure und ein Kit, welches die DNA-Polymerase enthält.

The present invention relates to a DNA polymerase with increased reverse transcriptase activity, which has, by comparison with the wild type variant at least one mutation in its amino acid sequence, and a host cell and a method for preparing the DNA polymerase. The present invention further relates to a method for identifying a nucleic acid and a kit which comprises the DNA polymerase.

La présente invention concerne une ADN polymérase ayant une activité transcriptase inverse élevée, présentant, par rapport à la variante de type sauvage, au moins une mutation dans sa séquence d'acides aminés, ainsi qu'une cellule hôte et un procédé de fabrication de l'ADN polymérase. La présente invention concerne également un procédé d'identification d'un acide nucléique et un kit contenant l'ADN polymérase.
