Abstract
(EN)
A universal expansive pedicle screw includes a hollow screw (1) with a tip end, and a blind channel (7) is arranged therein. The top of the blind channel (7) is conical, and an inner pin is provided therein. Expansive gaps are uniformly arranged from the tip of the hollow screw (1) to the blind channel (7) in the axial direction of the hollow screw (1). The inner pin (8) is inserted in the blind channel (7), and its length is more than the length of the blind channel (7). The other end of the hollow screw (1) is spherical end (2), and the spherical end (2) is movably connected with the connector (4). The connector (4) is a universal joint structure with an opened hollow cavity, and the inner wall at the opening couples with a locking bolt (6) used for plugging through threads. A fixing rod (10) used for compressing the inner pin (8) is contained in the cavity, and lies above the inner rod (8) inserted in the blind channel (7).

Cette invention concerne une vis pédiculaire expansible polyvalente comprenant une vis creuse (1) pourvue d'une extrémité pointe, et un canal borgne (7) ménagé à l'intérieur. Le haut du canal borgne (7) est conique et reçoit une cheville intérieure. Des entrefers expansibles sont ménagés de manière uniforme depuis la pointe de la vis creuse (1) jusqu'au canal borgne (7) dans le sens axial de la vis creuse (1). La cheville intérieure (8) est insérée dans le canal borgne (7) et sa longueur est supérieure à la longueur du canal borgne (7). L'autre extrémité de la vis creuse (1) consiste en une extrémité sphérique (2) reliée de manière mobile au connecteur (4). Le connecteur (4) consiste en une structure de joint universel pourvue d'une cavité creuse ouverte; la paroi intérieure au niveau de l'ouverture se couple à un boulon d'arrêt (6) utilisé pour la connexion par l'intermédiaire de filetages. Une tige de fixation (10) utilisée pour comprimer la cheville intérieure (8) est contenue dans la cavité; elle est placée au dessus de la cheville intérieure (8) insérée dans le canal borgne (7).
