A method for preparing basic zinc chloride, a trace element additive, comprises 1) reacting zinc oxide with hydrochloric acid, wherein the mole ratio of zinc oxide to hydrochloric acid is 5:2, a certain amount of hydrochloric acid is previously diluted in 5~10 fold reaction water, then zinc oxide is added thereto, basic zinc chloride is produced by reacting for 1~3 hours under normal pressure condition at a temperature of 55~95 and pH of 6~8, a reaction liquid after centrifugal separation can be used as mother liquor to be recycled in next reaction, the reaction is as follows: 2HCl+5ZnO+4H2O=Zn5Cl2(OH)8·H2O; 2) water washing, centrifugal separating; 3) oven drying, pulverizing, and packing.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de chlorure de zinc basique d'éléments traces, comprenant: 1) la réaction d'oxyde de zinc avec de l'acide chlorhydrique, le rapport molaire d'oxyde de zinc à l'acide chlorhydrique étant de 5:2, une certaine quantité d'acide chlorhydrique ayant été préalablement diluée dans une eau réactionnelle par 5 à 10 fois, suivie de l'ajout de l'oxyde de zinc; le chlorure de zinc basique est produit par la réaction pendant 1 à 3 heures sous une condition de pression normale à une température de 55 à 95°C et un pH de 6 à 8, un liquide réactionnel obtenu après la séparation centrifuge peut être utilisé comme liqueur mère pour être recyclée dans la réaction suivante, la réaction étant comme suit: 1) 2HCl+5ZnO+4H2O=Zn5Cl2(OH)8·H2O; 2); lavage à l'eau, séparation centrifuge; 3) séchage au four, pulvérisation, et emballage.

一种微量元素添加剂碱式氯化锌的制备方法,1)氧化锌与盐酸以摩尔比为5∶2,先将一定量的盐酸在5~10倍的反应水中稀释,再将氧化锌投入,在温度55~95℃下,控制PH值6~8,常压条件下反应1~3小时,生成碱式氯化锌(锌含量为57.5~60.5%),离心分离后的反应液又可作为母液在下次反应中循环使用;其反应如下:            2HCl+5ZnO+4H2O=Zn5Cl2(OH)8·H2O2)水洗、离心分离;3)烘干、粉碎、包装成成品。本发明具有工艺简单、成本低、收率高、成品品质好、无杂质、无废液排放环境污染少、能达到更高卫生标准等优点。
