Abstract
(EN) A composition that includes functionalized polymers and particulate filler is provided. The composition includes at least three components: (1) a polymer that includes a first type of functionality such as a functional group including a primary or secondary amine functionality, (2) a polymer that includes a second type of functionality such as an alkoxysilane or other silica interacting functionality, and (3) at least two types of particulate filler. One of the functionalized polymers can be made in the presence of the other.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition qui renferme des polymères fonctionnalisés et une charge particulaire. La composition de l'invention comprend au moins trois composants: (1) un polymère comportant un premier type de fonctionnalité, par exemple un groupe fonctionnel à fonctionnalité amine primaire ou secondaire; (2) un polymère comportant un second type de fonctionnalité, par exemple une fonctionnalité alcoxysilane ou une autre fonctionnalité interagissant avec la silice; et (3) au moins deux types de charge particulaire. L'un des polymères fonctionnalisés peut être fabriqué en présence de l'autre.
