Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur funkenerosiven Bearbeitung eines elektrisch nichtleitenden Materials (1), bei dem auf dem elektrisch nichtleitenden Material (1) eine Schicht aus einer elektrisch leitenden Substanz als Assistenzelektrode (2) aufgebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrisch leitende Substanz nach der funkenerosiven Bearbeitung durch oxidative Wärmebehandlung chemisch umgewandelt wird.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for electrical discharge machining of electrically non-conductive material (1) in which a layer of an electrically conductive substance is applied as an auxiliary electrode on the electrically non-conductive material (1). Said method is characterised in that the electrically conductive substance is chemically converted by oxidative heat treatment after electrical discharge machining.
(FR) Procédé d'usinage par électroérosion d'une matière non électroconductrice (1), selon lequel une couche constituée d'une substance électroconductrice est appliquée en tant qu'électrode auxiliaire (2) sur la matière non électroconductrice (1). Ledit procédé est caractérisé en ce que la substance électroconductrice est transformée chimiquement par traitement thermique oxydant après l'usinage par électroérosion.
