Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a catalyst for hydrolysis of a cellulose and/or reduction of a hydrolysis product thereof, wherein a group 8-11 transition metal is supported by a solid carrier. Also disclosed is a method for producing a sugar alcohol comprising a process for hydrolyzing a cellulose and then reducing the hydrolysis product of the cellulose in the presence of the catalyst in a hydrogen-containing atmosphere under pressure. Specifically disclosed is a catalyst for a sugar alcohol production through hydrolysis-hydrogenation of a cellulose, which catalyst is easily separated from the product and does not require pH adjustment, neutralization of acid/alkali nor activation of the catalyst at the time of reuse. Also specifically disclosed is a method for producing a sugar alcohol from a cellulose by using such a catalyst.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un catalyseur d'hydrolyse d'une cellulose et/ou de réduction du produit d'hydrolyse, dans lequel un métal de transition des Groupes 8 à 11 est supporté par un support solide. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de production d'un alcool sucré comprenant un procédé d'hydrolyse d'une cellulose et de réduction par la suite du produit d'hydrolyse de la cellulose en présence du catalyseur sous une atmosphère contenant de l'hydrogène sous pression. La présente invention concerne spécifiquement un catalyseur pour la production d'un alcool sucré par une hydrolyse-hydrogénation d'une cellulose, lequel catalyseur est aisément séparé du produit et ne nécessite pas l'ajustement du pH, la neutralisation de l'acide/alcali ni l'activation du catalyseur au moment de la réutilisation. La présente invention concerne spécifiquement également un procédé de production d'un alcool sucré à partir d'une cellulose en utilisant un tel catalyseur.
(JA) 固体担体に8~11族の遷移金属が担持されたセルロースの加水分解および/または加水分解物の還元用触媒。この触媒の存在下、かつ水素含有雰囲気であり、かつ加圧下で、セルロースを加水分解し、かつセルロースの加水分解物を還元することを含む糖アルコールの製造方法。触媒と生成物の分離が容易であり、かつpH調整、酸・アルカリの中和、触媒再使用時の活性化が不要な、セルロースの加水分解・水素化による糖アルコール製造用の触媒、およびこの触媒を用いたセルロースから糖アルコールの製造方法を提供する。
