Abstract

A device and method of coating a wire rod of a composite overhead ground wire with optical fiber (OPGW) and an overhead line are provided. The device includes a hermetic housing, a supply unit supplying gas with predetermined pressure through a carrying pipe connected to the housing, a metal powder supply unit supplying metal powders into the carrying pipe to allow the metal powders to be mixed with gas carried through the carrying pipe, and two or more spray guns connected to the carrying pipe and installed in the housing so as to coat the surface of the wire rod moving at predetermined velocity with the metal powders through spraying metal powders- mixed gas onto the surface, so that the metal powders are mixed with the high pressure gas, and the metal powder-mixed gas is sprayed onto the wire rod by the spray guns so as to coat, and then the stranding process is immediately performed, thereby considerably reducing processing time while maintaining a good coating quality.

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant de revêtir une tige de fil métallique d'un câble de garde à fibres optiques (OPGW) et une ligne aérienne. Le dispositif de l'invention comprend : un logement hermétique; une unité d'alimentation amenant du gaz à une pression prédéterminée dans une conduite de transport raccordée au logement; une unité d'alimentation en poudre métallique amenant des poudres métalliques dans la conduite de transport pour permettre à ces dernières d'être mélangées au gaz transporté dans la conduite de transport; et au moins deux pistolets de pulvérisation raccordés à la conduite de transport et montés dans le logement pour revêtir la surface de la tige de fil métallique se déplaçant à une vitesse prédéterminée avec les poudres métalliques par pulvérisation du mélange gaz-poudres métalliques sur la surface, de façon que les poudres métalliques soient mélangées au gaz haute pression, et que le mélange gaz-poudres métalliques soit pulvérisé sur la tige de fil métallique afin d'appliquer le revêtement. Le processus de câblage est ainsi immédiatement mis en oeuvre, ce qui permet de réduire considérablement le temps de traitement tout en maintenant une bonne qualité de revêtement.
