Provided is a manufacturing method by which a large area film having fine uneven shape on the surface can be easily obtained, and furthermore, a distance between the tops of the projecting sections, aspect ratio and distribution of the projecting sections can be freely controlled. The manufacturing method includes a step of obtaining a laminated body by forming a thin film on at least one surface of a film base material, having the laminated body contract at least in one axial direction within the surface, and folding the thin film. The film having the fine uneven shape having an average distance of 50nm-50μm between the tops of the protruding sections is provided through the method.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication par lequel un film à grande surface ayant une forme irrégulière mince à la surface peut être facilement obtenu et, en outre, une distance entre les sommets des parties saillantes, le rapport d'aspect et la répartition des parties saillantes peuvent être librement contrôlés. Ledit procédé comprend une étape consistant à obtenir un corps stratifié en formant un film mince sur au moins une surface d'un matériau de base de film, le corps stratifié se contractant au moins dans un sens axial dans la surface, et à plier le film mince. Ledit film ayant une distance moyenne de 50 nm à 50 µm entre les sommets des parties saillantes est obtenu au moyen du procédé.

 表面に微細凹凸形状を有するフィルムを容易に大面積で得ることができ、しかも、凸部の頂点間距離、アスペクト比、およびそれらの分布を自在に制御できる製造方法を提供する。フィルム基材の少なくとも一方の表面に薄膜を形成して積層体を得、該積層体を面内の少なくとも一つの軸方向に収縮させ、薄膜を褶曲させることを含む製造方法によって、凸部の頂点間の平均距離が50nm~50μmである微細凹凸形状を有するフィルムを得る。
