Disclosed is a uniformly-dispersed photocatalyst coating liquid having excellent dispersion stability of titanium oxide particles which have photocatalytic activity, which coating liquid places no burden on the environment while being excellent in handling properties. In addition, this uniformly-dispersed photocatalyst coating liquid enables to form a photocatalyst coating film, which is excellent in photocatalytic activities (antifouling property and/or antibacterial property), transparency and durability, on the surface of a base when applied thereto. Also disclosed are a method for producing such a uniformly-dispersed photocatalyst coating liquid, and a photocatalytically active composite material obtained by using such a uniformly-dispersed photocatalyst coating liquid. Specifically disclosed is a uniformly-dispersed photocatalyst coating liquid which is a composition containing, in an aqueous solvent, titanium oxide dispersed particles having an average primary particle diameter of 5-50 nm and an average dispersed particle diameter of 10-100 nm, a polymer dispersing agent, an alkoxysilane hydrolysis-polycondensation product, an organic amine, and additionally if necessary, silver particles. The uniformly-dispersed photocatalyst coating liquid has a pH within a range of 5-9.Also specifically disclosed are a method for producing such a uniformly-dispersed photocatalyst coating liquid, and a photocatalytically active composite material having antifouling property and antibacterial property, which is obtained by applying such a uniformly-dispersed photocatalyst coating liquid over the surface of a base.

La présente invention concerne un liquide de revêtement de photocatalyseur uniformément dispersé ayant une excellente stabilité de dispersion de particules d'oxyde de titane qui ont une activité photocatalytique, lequel liquide de revêtement ne place aucune charge dans l'environnement tout en étant excellent en termes de propriétés de manipulation. En outre, ce liquide de revêtement de photocatalyseur uniformément dispersé permet de former un film de revêtement de photocatalyseur, lequel est excellent en termes d'activités photocatalytiques (propriété anti-encrassement et/ou propriété antibactérienne), de transparence et de longévité, sur lasurface d'une base lorsqu'il est appliqué sur celle-ci. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de production d'un liquide de revêtement de photocatalyseur uniformément dispersé et un matériau composite photocatalytiquement actif obtenu en utilisant un tel liquide de revêtement de photocatalyseur uniformément dispersé. La présente invention concerne plus spécifiquement un liquide de revêtement de photocatalyseur uniformément dispersé qui est une composition contenant, dans un solvant aqueux, des particules dispersées d'oxyde de titane ayant un diamètre moyen de particules primaires allant de 5 à 50 nm et un diamètre moyen de particules dispersées allant de 10 à 100 nm, un agent de dispersion de polymère, un produit d'hydrolyse et de polycondensation de type alcoxysilane, une amine organique et en outre, si nécessaire, des particules d'argent. Le liquide de revêtement de photocatalyseur uniformément dispersé a un pH dans une gamme de 5 à 9. La présente invention concerne également plus spécifiquement un procédé de production d'un liquide de revêtement de photocatalyseur uniformément dispersé et un matériau composite photocatalytiquement actif ayant une propriété anti-encrassement et une propriété antibactérienne, qui est obtenue en appliquant un liquide de revêtement de photocatalyseur uniformément dispersé sur la surface d'une base.
