(EN)By using sclareol as a substrate, a dodecahydro-3a,6,6,9a-tetramethylnaphtho[2,1-b]-furan intermediate is efficiently produced. As a result of intensive studies with the aim of isolating and identifying a microorganism having a characteristic of interest, a plurality of novel microorganisms having the characteristic of interest which are not categorized into conventionally known microorganisms were isolated and identified. The novel microorganism according to the invention belongs to the Ascomycetes and has an ability to produce a dodecahydro-3a,6,6,9a-tetramethylnaphtho[2,1,b]-furan intermediate using sclareol as a substrate. The microorganism belonging to the Ascomycetes with such an ability is a new finding and can be a useful microorganism for the production of dodecahydro-3a,6,6,9a-tetramethylnaphtho[2,1,b]-furan or an intermediate thereof.
(FR)La présente invention concerne la production de manière efficace d'un intermédiaire du dodécahydro-3a,6,6,9a-tétraméthylnaphto[2,1-b]-furanne en utilisant du sclaréol en tant que substrat. A la suite d'études intensives visant à isoler et à identifier un microorganisme présentant une caractéristique intéressante, une pluralité de microorganismes innovants présentant la caractéristique intéressante qui ne sont pas catégorisés parmi les microorganismes conventionnellement connus ont été isolés et identifiés. Les microorganismes innovants selon l'invention appartiennent aux Ascomycètes et ils sont capables de produire un intermédiaire du dodécahydro-3a,6,6,9a-tétraméthylnaphto[2,1,b]-furanne en utilisant du sclaréol en tant que substrat. Un microorganisme appartenant aux Ascomycètes et présentant une telle capacité est une observation nouvelle et il peut être utile pour la production de dodécahydro-3a,6,6,9a-tétraméthylnaphto[2,1,b]-furanne ou d'un intermédiaire de celui-ci.
(JA) スクラレオール(Sclareol)を基質としてドデカヒドロ-3a,6,6,9a-テトラメチルナフト[2,1-b]フラン中間体を効率よく生成する。 目的の特性を有する微生物を単離、同定すべく鋭意検討した結果、従来公知の微生物には分類されない、目的の特性を有する複数の新規微生物を単離、同定した。本発明に係る新規微生物は、子嚢菌網(Ascomycetes)に属し、スクラレオールを基質として、ドデカヒドロ-3a,6,6,9a-テトラメチルナフト[2,1-b]フラン中間体を生成する能力を有する。当該能力を有する子嚢菌網(Ascomycetes)に属する微生物は新規な知見であり、ドデカヒドロ-3a,6,6,9a-テトラメチルナフト[2,1-b]フラン及びその中間体の製造に有用な微生物となりうる。
