If a variation of the device setting of an information processor is detected, the operator is prompted to give care. If an information processor (10) fails, failure reporting means (10a) transmits specific information, failure occurrence report information, and identification information as failure information to a maintenance center (20). The maintenance center (20) stores the received failure information in a failure information database (21) and manages the failure information. In response to work support request, failure information acquiring means (10e) acquires the failure information according to the identification information from the maintenance center (20). Variation detecting means (10f) identifies the device setting of the information processor (10) when the failure has occurred on the basis of the acquired failure information. The specific information is read out of the specific information storage means (10c) and the current device setting of the information processor (10) is identified. The device setting when the failure has occurred and the current device setting are compared. If any variation is detected, this fact is presented.

La présente invention concerne les cas où, si une variation du paramétrage d'un processeur d'informations est détectée, l'opérateur est invité à s'en occuper. Si un processeur d'informations (10) tombe en panne, le moyen de signalement de panne (10a) transmet des informations spécifiques, des informations de signalement de survenue de panne et des informations d'identification comme informations de panne à un centre de maintenance (20). Le centre de maintenance (20) stocke les informations de panne reçues dans une base de données des informations de panne (21) et gère les informations de panne. En réponse à une requête d'assistance de travail, le moyen d'acquisition des informations de panne (10e) acquiert les informations de panne en fonction des informations d'identification du centre de maintenance (20). Le moyen de détection de variation (10f) identifie le paramétrage du dispositif du processeur d'informations (10) lorsque la panne est survenue sur la base des informations de panne acquises.
