(EN)Catalysts for the conversion, or oxidation, of carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide. Cigarettes with filters containing the catalysts have acceptable resistance to draw. Additionally, the catalysts can be used to reduce the concentration of carbon monoxide from a vehicle exhaust emission, a gas used in a CO2 laser, a gas used in a fuel cell and/or ambient air undergoing air filtration.
(FR)Cette invention concerne des catalyseurs utilisés pour la conversion, ou l'oxydation, de monoxyde de carbone en dioxyde de carbone. Les cigarettes dotées de filtres contenant les catalyseurs présentent une résistance acceptable au tirage. En outre, les catalyseurs peuvent être utilisés pour réduire la concentration de monoxyde de carbone de l'émission d'échappement d'un véhicule, d'un gaz utilisé dans un laser à CO2, d'un gaz utilisé dans une pile à combustible et/ou d'un air ambiant en cours de filtration.
