Die Erfindung betrifft eine organische Diode (F) und ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von organischen Dioden (F). Zunächst wird ein großflächiges und unstrukturiertes Schichtsystem (S) aufgrund folgender Verfahrensschritte hergestellt: Bereitstellen eines unstrukturierten elektrisch leitfähigen Substrats (2), Auftragen wenigstens einer unstrukturierten aktiven organischen Schicht (5) auf das elektrisch leitfähige Substrat (2) und Auftragen einer unstrukturierten elektrisch leitfähigen Schicht (7) auf die unstrukturierte aktive organische Schicht (5). Anschließend wird das Schichtsystem (S) in mehrere organische Roh-Dioden (9) zerschnitten. Das elektrisch leitfähige Substrat (2) und die elektrisch leitfähige Schicht (7) jeder organischen Roh-Diode (9) wird mit jeweils einem Drahtanschluss (10, 11) und dann mit einer Schutzschicht (12) versehen.

The invention relates to an organic diode (F) and a method for producing organic diodes (F). Said method comprises the following steps for the production of a large-surface and unstructured layer system (S): an unstructured electroconductive substrate (2) is prepared; at least one unstructured active organic layer (5) is applied to the electroconductive substrate (2) and an unstructured electroconductive layer (7) is applied to the unstructured active organic layer (5); the layer system (S) is then cut into a plurality of organic raw diodes (9); and the electroconductive substrate (2) and the electroconductive layer (7) of each organic raw diode (9) are respectively provided with a wire connection (10, 11) and then with a protective layer (12).

L'invention concerne une diode organique (F) et un procédé de fabrication de diodes organiques (F). Ce procédé consiste d'abord à réaliser un système de couches (S) non structuré et de grande surface en préparant un substrat électroconducteur (2) non structuré, en appliquant au moins une couche organique (5) active non structurée sur le substrat électroconducteur (2) et en appliquant une couche électroconductrice (7) non structurée sur la couche organique (5) active non structurée. Ledit procédé consiste ensuite à découper ce système de couches (S) en plusieurs ébauches de diodes organiques (9) puis à doter le substrat électroconducteur (2) et la couche électroconductrice (7) de chaque ébauche de diode organique (9) d'une connexion par fil respective (10, 11) et d'une couche de protection (12).
