(EN)The invention relates to a sensor for indicating the transduction and inhibition of stress signals through the p38-MAPK pathway in living cells. The sensor comprises a reporter gene product and an isoform of p38 Mitogen Activated Protein Kinase (MAPK). The invention also provides plasmid and viral vectors containing nucleic acids encoding the sensor for the transfection of living cells. Stable cell lines expressing the sensor can be used in a live-cell or fixed-cell assay to measure activation or modulation of the pathway.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un capteur permettant d'indiquer la transduction et l'inhibition de signaux de stress via la voie de signalisation MAPK-p38 dans des cellules vivantes. Le capteur comporte un produit de gène rapporteur et une isoforme de la protéine kinase activée par le mitogène (MAPK) p38. L'invention concerne également des vecteurs plasmidique et viral contenant des acides nucléiques codant pour le capteur de la transfection de cellules vivantes. L'invention concerne un outre une lignée cellulaire pouvant être utilisée dans un dosage à cellules vivantes ou à cellules fixées pour mesurer l'activation ou la modulation de la voie.
