Abstract

The present invention relates to an injection mold device having a shear flow making part. The device comprises an injection mold provided with a cavity in which molten resin mixed with predetermined pigments is filled; a shearing force making part installed in the injection mold, some portion thereof being exposed to the cavity to be in contact with the molten resin injected into the cavity and driven by external power to cause the molten resin in contact with the surface thereof to generate shear flow by a viscosity thereby adjusting locations of the pigments within the molten resin; and a driving part for driving the shearing force making part. The injection mold device according to the present invention is capable of solving a problem due to poor orientation and lack of content of the pigments at a vicinity of the weldline thereby manufacturing a high quality product by generating a viscous flow in the molten resin located at a weldline generation area in an inside of an injection mold and thus adjusting location of the pigments mixed in the molten resin in the corresponding area.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de moule d'injection qui possède une partie réalisant un flux de cisaillement. Ce dispositif comprend un moule d'injection pourvu d'une cavité dans laquelle la résine en fusion mélangée avec des pigments prédéterminés est remplie, et une partie appliquant une force de cisaillement installée dans le moule d'injection. Une certaine portion de cette partie est exposée à la cavité de façon à être en contact avec la résine en fusion injectée dans cette cavité et est commandée par puissance externe de façon faire en sorte que la résine en fusion en contact avec la surface de celle-ci génère un flux de cisaillement par viscosité ajustant ainsi l'emplacement des pigments à l'intérieur de la résine en fusion. Le dispositif comprend aussi une partie commande destinée à commander la partie appliquant une force de cisaillement. Le dispositif de moule d'injection selon l'invention peut résoudre le problème imputable à la faible orientation et au manque de contenu des pigments à proximité de la ligne de soudure, permettant ainsi de fabriquer un produit de haute qualité par génération d'un flux visqueux dans la résine en fusion située au niveau d'une zone de génération de ligne de soudure dans une partie intérieure d'un moule d'injection, et d'ajuster ainsi l'emplacement des pigments mélangés dans la résine en fusion dans la zone correspondante.
