Disclosed is a suspension apparatus which can be used in rear-wheel drive, front-wheel drive, or all-wheel drive type small automobiles, so as to rapidly absorb shock or vibration transmitted from wheels by use of four shock- absorbing devices. The suspension apparatus for a small car is mounted to front and rear axles including wheels and adapted to remove vibration or shock transmitted from the wheels. The suspension apparatus includes a plurality of shock-absorbing devices for absorbing shock or vibration transmitted from the wheels by use of the compressive restoring force of air or gas and the elasticity of tubes, or by use of the absorptive restoring force of oil and the elasticity of tubes.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de suspension qui peut être utilisé dans des véhicules automobiles légers à propulsion, à traction ou à transmission intégrale, pour l'absorption rapide des chocs ou des vibrations transmises à partir des les roues au moyen de quatre amortisseurs. Ce dispositif de suspension pour véhicules légers est monté sur les essieux avant et arrière munis de roues, et conçu de manière à éliminer les vibrations ou les chocs transmis par les roues. Ce dispositif de suspension comprend une pluralité d'amortisseurs qui absorbent les chocs ou les vibrations transmises par les roues, par exploitation de la force de rappel par compression de l'air ou d'un gaz et l'élasticité des tubes des amortisseurs, ou par exploitation de la force de rappel par absorption de l'huile et l'élasticité des tubes des amortisseurs.
