(EN)Disclosed is a microorganism which is improved in productivity of a cellulase and is useful for the industrial production of a cellulase. Also disclosed is a method for production of a cellulase using the microorganism. The microorganisms is a recombinant microorganisms produced by introducing a gene encoding a cellulase into a microorganism that is genetically modified so as to overexpress a Bacillus subtilis secY gene or a gene corresponding to the gene.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un microorganisme dont la productivité de cellulase est accrue et qui sert à la production industrielle d'une cellulase. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de production d'une cellulase utilisant ce microorganisme. Les microorganismes sont des microorganismes recombinés produits par introduction d'un gène codant pour une cellulase dans un microorganisme qui est génétiquement modifié de manière à surexprimer un gène secY du Bacillus subtilis ou un gène correspondant à ce gène.
