A blood test device by which the degree of skin elevation at a puncture site for conducting a blood test or collecting the blood can be controlled at a constant level so that a blood component can be accurately measured. Namely, a blood test device comprising: a housing; an inner tube provided in one side of the housing; a reciprocating unit which reciprocates within the inner tube; a blood collection needle connected to the reciprocating unit; a blood sensor facing to the blood collection needle and being located at the tip of the inner tube; a measurement circuit to which a signal is fed from the blood sensor; and a negative pressure unit driven by the measurement circuit; which further has an outer tube that is a tube covering the inner tube, having an opening in the tip side of the inner tube, being capable of relatively moving to the inner tube, and being provided so as to return to a definite relative position. The negative pressure unit as described above can apply a negative pressure to the inside of the outer tube.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de test sanguin par lequel le degré d'élévation cutanée au niveau d'un site de perforation pour réaliser un test sanguin ou prélever du sang peut être contrôlé à un niveau constant de sorte qu'un composant sanguin peut être mesuré de manière précise. A savoir, l'invention concerne un dispositif de test sanguin comprenant : un boîtier ; un tube interne formé dans un côté du boîtier ; une unité animée d'un mouvement de va-et-vient allant et venant dans le tube interne ; une aiguille de prélèvement sanguin raccordée à ladite unité ; un capteur sanguin faisant face à ladite aiguille et situé à l'extrémité du tube interne ; un circuit de mesure vers lequel un signal est envoyé à partir du capteur sanguin ; et une unité à pression négative entraînée par le circuit de mesure. Le dispositif comprend en outre un tube externe qui est un tube recouvrant le tube interne, comportant une ouverture dans le côté d'extrémité du tube interne, pouvant se déplacer par rapport au tube interne et formé de manière à revenir à une position relative définie. L'unité à pression négative décrite ci-dessus peut appliquer une pression négative à l'intérieur du tube externe.

 本発明は血液検査装置に関するが、特に、血液検査をするための穿刺時および採血時における、被穿刺部位の皮膚の盛り上がりの程度を一定にして、血液成分を正確に測定できる血液検査装置に関する。本発明により、ハウジング;ハウジングの一方に形成された内側筒体;内側筒体内を往復する往復手段;往復手段に連結された採血針;採血針に対向するとともに前記内側筒体の先端部に設けられた血液センサ;血液センサの信号が供給される測定回路;測定回路によって駆動されうる負圧手段を備える血液検査装置において、前記内側筒体を覆い、前記内側筒体の先端側に開口部を有する筒体であって、前記内側筒体に対して相対移動が可能であり、かつ所定の相対位置に戻るように配置される外側筒体をさらに有する血液検査装置が提供される。前記負圧手段は、前記外側筒体の内部を負圧することができる。
