Abstract
(EN)
A biosensor for directly detecting and measuring an object under test in an organism while preventing the region being sensed from being damaged and while keeping the region being sensed small, a biodevice usable for the biosensor, and a contact part structure of a biodevice are provided. A rod-shaped device (1) has a rod shape. The rod-shaped device (1) has a tubular hollow section (3h) having an one end communicating with the outside and extending from the one end along the axis. An electrode section (3a) is provided on the inner surface of the hollow section (3h). When a sensing substance (MS) such as an enzyme is provided on the electrode section (3a), the current value corresponding to the concentration or quantity of an object under test disposed between the counter electrode (RE) and the rod-shaped device (1) can be measured. Since the electrode section (3a) is provided on the inner surface of the hollow section (3h), the electrode section (3a) is prevented from being damaged and the sensing substance (MS) is prevented from coming off even if the rod-shaped device (1) is inserted into an organism.

L'invention concerne un biodétecteur permettant de détecter et de mesurer directement un objet en cours d'examen dans un organisme tout en veillant à ce que la région soumise à la détection ne soit pas endommagée et tout en maintenant ladite région aussi petite que possible, un biodispositif utilisable pour le biodétecteur, et une structure de pièce de contact de biodispositif. Un dispositif en forme de tige (1) présente une section tubulaire creuse (3h) dont une extrémité communique avec l'extérieur et qui s'étend depuis ladite extrémité dans l'axe. Une partie électrode (3a) est installée sur la surface interne de la section creuse (3h). Si une substance de détection (MS) comme un enzyme est installée sur la partie électrode (3a), la valeur courante, correspondant à la concentration ou quantité d'un objet en cours d'examen disposé entre la contre-électrode (RE) et le dispositif en forme de tige (1), peut être mesurée. Comme la partie électrode (3a) est installée sur la surface interne de la section creuse (3h), la partie électrode (3a) ne sera pas endommagée et la substance de détection (MS) ne se détachera pas même si le dispositif en forme de tige (1) est inséré dans un organisme.

 生体内において直接検査対象を検出・測定することが可能であり、センシング領域を微細な領域に保ちつつセンシングを行う部位の損傷を防ぐことがでる生体センサおよびこの生体センサに使用可能である生体用デバイスおよび生体用デバイスの接触部構造を提供する。 棒状に形成された棒状デバイス1であって、棒状デバイス1には、その先端において外部と連通し、その先端から軸方向に沿って延びた筒状の空洞部3hが形成されており、空洞部3h内面に電極部3aが形成されている。電極部3a表面に酵素などの検知物質MSを配設しておけば、対極REと棒状デバイス1との間に位置する検査対象の濃度や量に対応した電流値を検出することができる。棒状デバイス1の空洞部3h内面に電極部3aを設けているので、棒状デバイス1を生体に挿入する場合でも、電極部3aが損傷したり検知物質MSが脱落したりすることを防ぐことができる。
