A process for producing a crosslinkable resin molding which comprises heating to 50°C or higher a polymerizable composition comprising a cycloolefinic monomer, a metathesis polymerization catalyst, a chain-transfer agent, and a crosslinking agent to thereby cause the monomer to undergo ring-opening metathesis bulk polymerization, wherein the polymerizable composition before the heating is regulated to have a temperature of from -10°C to +20°C. By the process, a crosslinkable resin molding can be efficiently produced which has excellent melt flowability upon heating and which, even when laminated to a substrate, causes no inner voids (thin spots) and does not impair flatness.

L'invention concerne un processus de production de moulage de résine réticulable chimiquement qui consiste à chauffer à 500C au moins une composition polymérisable comprenant un monomère cyclo-oléfinique, un catalyseur de polymérisation par métathèse, un agent de migration de chaîne et un agent de réticulation permettant ainsi de soumettre le monomère à une polymérisation en masse par métathèse avec ouverture de cycle, cette composition polymérisable étant régulée avant le chauffage de façon à posséder une température comprise entre -100C et +200C. Par ce processus, on peut produire un moulage de résine réticulable chimiquement qui possède une excellente aptitude à l'écoulement en fusion lors du chauffage et qui, même lorsqu'il est stratifié sur un substrat n'entraîne aucune porosité de surface (points minces) et ne dégrade pas la planéité.

 本発明は、環状オレフィン系モノマー、メタセシス重合触媒、連鎖移動剤及び架橋剤を含有する重合性組成物を、50°C以上に加熱することにより塊状開環メタセシス重合して架橋性樹脂成形体を製造する方法であって、前記加熱前の重合性組成物の温度が-10°C~+20°Cである架橋性樹脂成形体の製造方法である。本発明によれば、加熱溶融時の流動性に優れ、基板と積層した場合であっても、内部に空隙(カスレ)が生じたり、平坦性が損なわれることがない架橋性樹脂成形体を効率よく製造する方法が提供される。
