[PROBLEMS] To provide a supporting structure of a ball screw shaft which is made compact inexpensively and is enhanced in durability and reliability. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] In the supporting structure of a ball screw shaft where the screw shaft (7) of a ball screw is supported rotatably through a supporting bearing (10) with respect to the housing, a fitting portion (13) and a positioning shoulder (18) are formed on the outer circumference of the screw shaft (7), the inner ring (16) of the supporting bearing (10) is press fitted to the fitting portion (13) through a predetermined fitting margin, and under a state where the inner ring (16) is butted against the shoulder (18), a spacer ring (19) formed to have a substantially rectangular cross-section by pressing a low carbon steel plate is fitted over the fitting portion (13), a plurality of caulking portions (20) are formed equi-distantly in the circumferential direction by plastically deforming the end (13a) of the fitting portion (13) radially outward, and the inner ring (16) is secured in the axial direction to the screw shaft (7) through the spacer ring (19) by the caulking portions (20).

L'invention concerne une structure de support d'un arbre à vis à billes rendue compacte de manière peu coûteuse et améliorée en termes de durabilité et de fiabilité. Dans la structure de support d'un arbre à vis à billes où l'arbre à vis (7) d'une vis à billes est supporté de manière rotative par un palier de support (10) par rapport à un logement, une partie de montage (13) et un épaulement de positionnement (18) sont formés sur la circonférence extérieure de l'arbre à vis (7), la bague intérieure (16) du palier de support (10) étant emmanchée par force sur la partie de montage (13) par une marge de montage prédéterminée, et dans un état où la bague intérieure (16) vient s'appuyer contre l'épaulement (18), une bague d'écartement (19) formée pour avoir une section droite sensiblement rectangulaire par pression d'une plaque en acier à faible teneur en carbone étant installée sur la partie de montage (13), une pluralité de parties de calfeutrage (20) sont formées de manière équidistante dans la direction circonférentielle par déformation plastique de l'extrémité (13a) de la partie de montage (13) de manière radiale vers l'extérieur, et la bague intérieure (16) est assujettie dans la direction axiale sur l'arbre à vis (7) au travers de la bague d'écartement (19) par les parties de calfeutrage (20).

【課題】低コストでコンパクト化を図ると共に、耐久性と信頼性を向上させたボールねじ軸の支持構造を提供する。 【解決手段】ハウジングに対してボールねじのねじ軸7が支持軸受10を介して回転自在に支持されたボールねじ軸の支持構造において、ねじ軸7の外周に嵌合部13と位置決め用の肩部18が形成され、嵌合部13に所定のシメシロを介して支持軸受10の内輪16が圧入され、肩部18に内輪16が当接された状態で、嵌合部13に、低炭素鋼からなる鋼板をプレス加工によって断面が略矩形状に形成されたスペーサリング19が外嵌されると共に、嵌合部13の端部13aを径方向外方に塑性変形させて周方向等配に複数の加締部20が形成され、この加締部20により内輪16がスペーサリング19を介してねじ軸7に対して軸方向に固定されている。
