First information is detected in a received wideband signal. The first information is conveyed by a plurality of multiplexed frequency bands, individual ones of the multiplexed frequency bands corresponding to individual ones of first users and to a transport format. Detecting includes making data decisions corresponding to the first information. For each first user, a regenerated signal is created using the data decisions corresponding to that first user and the transport format. A resultant signal is created based on the regenerated signals for all of the first users and on the received wideband signal. Second information is detected in the resultant signal at least by using a number of spreading codes, individual ones of which are associated with individual ones of second users.

La présente invention concerne un procédé selon lequel une première information est détectée dans un signal à bande large reçu. La première information est transmise par une pluralité de bandes de fréquences multiplexées, des bandes individuelles parmi les bandes de fréquences multiplexées correspondant à des utilisateurs individuels parmi des premiers utilisateurs et à un format de transport. La détection comprend la prise de décisions de données correspondant à la première information. Pour chaque premier utilisateur, un signal régénéré est créé au moyen des décisions de données correspondant à ce premier utilisateur et au format de transport. Un signal obtenu est créé en fonction des signaux régénérés pour tous parmi les premiers utilisateurs et sur le signal à bande large reçu. Une seconde information est détectée dans le signal obtenu au moins à l'aide d'une pluralité de codes d'étalement, dont des codes individuels sont associés à des utilisateurs individuels parmi les seconds utilisateurs.
