(EN)Disclosed is a method for production of a high-MFR polypropylene having excellent product quality with good productivity. The method enables to produce a propylene polymer by a gas phase reaction process in which a reaction heat is removed primarily with a heat of evaporation of liquefied propylene. The method is characterized by using a solid catalyst component (A) which is produced by subjecting components (A1), (A2) and (A3) shown below to a contact treatment. Further disclosed are: a propylene polymer produced by the method; a propylene polymer composition; and a molded article manufactured from the composition. Component (A1): a solid component comprising titanium, magnesium and a halogen as essential ingredients. Component (A2): a vinyl silane compound. Component (A3): an organic silicone compound having an alkoxy group (A3a) and/or a compound having at least two ether bonds (A3b).
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un polypropylène à MFR élevé ayant une excellente qualité et une bonne productivité. Le procédé permet de produire un polymère de propylène par un procédé de réaction en phase gazeuse selon lequel une chaleur de réaction est éliminée principalement avec une chaleur d'évaporation de propylène liquéfié. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'il utilise un composant catalytique solide (A) fabriqué en soumettant les composants (A1), (A2) et (A3) présentés ci-dessous à un traitement de contact. L'invention concerne également : un polymère de propylène fabriqué selon le procédé ; une composition de polymère de propylène ; et un article moulé fabriqué à partir de la composition. Composant (A1) : un composant solide comprenant du titane, du magnésium et un halogène en tant qu'ingrédients principaux. Composant (A2) : un composé de vinyle silane. Composant (A3) : un composé de silicone organique ayant un groupement alcoxy (A3a) et/ou un composé comportant au moins deux liaisons éther (A3b).
