It is intended to provide a protein for transferring a protein, an antibody or another foreign substance into a cell without impairing the function or structure thereof; and a method of transferring a foreign substance into a cell under temporal and quantitative control at a high efficiency by using the above-described protein with an envelope virus or an inactivated envelope virus. As the results of intensive studies on a method of enclosing a foreign substance in the envelope of an envelope virus, it is found out that a protein containing a polypeptide having an affinity for a constituent of the envelope virus contributes to the efficient enclosure of the foreign substance in the envelope. Moreover, it is found out that by using an envelope virus or an inactivated envelope virus having a foreign substance, which has been enclosed therein with the use of the protein as described above, makes it possible to efficiently transfer the substance into a cell without damaging the physiological function thereof.

L'invention concerne une protéine destinée à transférer une protéine, un anticorps ou une autre substance étrangère dans une cellule sans compromettre la fonction ou la structure de cette dernière; et un procédé de transfert d'une substance étrangère dans une cellule de manière temporellement et quantitativement contrôlée avec un rendement élevé en utilisant la protéine décrite ci-dessus avec un virus à enveloppe ou un virus à enveloppe inactivé. Suite à des études approfondies sur un procédé d'inclusion d'une substance étrangère dans l'enveloppe d'un virus à enveloppe, on a découvert qu'une protéine contenant un polypeptide ayant une affinité pour un constituant du virus à enveloppe contribue efficacement à l'inclusion de cette substance étrangère dans l'enveloppe. En outre, on a découvert qu'en utilisant un virus à enveloppe ou un virus à enveloppe inactivé dans lequel une substance étrangère a été incluse, en utilisant la protéine décrite ci-dessus, il est possible de transférer efficacement la substance dans une cellule sans détériorer la fonction physiologique de cette dernière.

 タンパク質、抗体またはその他の外来物質を、その機能・構造を損なうことなく、細胞内に導入するためのタンパク質、及び該タンパク質とエンベロープウイルスまたは不活性化エンベロープウイルスとを用いて、時間的・量的に制御でき、かつ効率的に外来物質を細胞内へ導入する方法を提供する。 エンベロープウイルスのエンベロープ中に外来物質を包含させる方法について鋭意検討した結果、エンベロープウイルスの構成成分と親和性のあるポリペプチドを含むタンパク質が、エンベロープ中に外来物質を効率よく包含させることを見出した。さらに該タンパク質を用いて外来物質を包含させたエンベロープウイルスまたは不活性化エンベロープウイルスにより、外来物質が細胞内に該物質の生理学的機能を失うことなく効率的に導入されることを見出し、本発明を完成した。
