Abstract

[PROBLEMS] To miniaturize a photoelectric flexible wiring board by lengthening the optical transmission line on the photoelectric flexible wiring board, and to attain excellent flexibility and optical transmission characteristics. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Optical elements (45, 55) performing photoelectric conversion on a photoelectric flexible wiring board (30) and their drivers (60, 70) are removed from the photoelectric flexible wiring board (30). The optical elements (45, 55) are mounted on connectors (40, 50) for connecting the photoelectric flexible wiring board (30) with mounting substrates (12, 22). The drivers (60, 70) are mounted on the mounting substrates (12, 22) together with the connectors (40, 50).

Afin de miniaturiser une carte de câblage souple photoélectrique en allongeant la ligne de transmission optique sur la carte de câblage souple photoélectrique, et afin d'atteindre d'excellentes caractéristiques de souplesse et de transmission optique, des éléments optiques (45, 55) effectuant une conversion photoélectrique sur une carte de câblage souple photoélectrique (30) et leurs circuits d'attaque (60, 70) sont retirés de la carte de câblage souple photoélectrique (30). Les éléments optiques (45,55) sont montés sur des connecteurs (40, 50) permettant de relier la carte de câblage souple photoélectrique (30) à des substrats de montage (12, 22). Les circuits d'attaque (60, 70) sont montés sur les substrats de montage (12, 22) en même temps que les connecteurs (40, 50).
