Abstract

A slot-in type disk device of which the thickness can be reduced without lowering the strengths of a lever and a rear base. A chassis exterior is formed of a base body (10) and a cover body (20). A disk insertion hole (11) in which a disk is directly inserted is formed in the front surface of the chassis exterior. A traverse base (30) is disposed on the front face side of the base body (10), and a rear base (13) is disposed on the rear face side thereof. A printed substrate (14) is provided between the rear base (13) and the base body (10), and a link arm (105) is provided between the rear base (13) and the printed substrate (14). An opening (13A) is formed in a part of the rear base (13) and a folded piece (105D) bent to the opening (13A) side is formed on a part of the link arm (105). A space is formed on the printed circuit board (14) side by the folded piece (105D), and a part (14A) to be mounted on the printed circuit board (14) is disposed corresponding to the space.

L'invention concerne un dispositif à disque de type 'slot-in' dont on a parvenu à réduire l'épaisseur sans affecter la résistance d'un levier et d'une base arrière. Un extérieur de châssis est formé d'un corps de base (10) et d'un corps de couvercle (20). Un trou d'insertion de disque (11) dans lequel un disque est inséré directement est formé dans la surface avant de l'extérieur du châssis. Une base transversale (30) est disposée du côté de la face avant du corps de base (10), et une base arrière (13) est disposée sur son côté de la face arrière. Un substrat imprimé (14) est formé entre la base arrière (13) et le corps de base (10), et un bras de liaison (105) est ménagé entre la base arrière (13) et le substrat imprimé (14). Une ouverture (13A) est formée dans une partie de la base arrière (13), et une pièce pliée (105D) courbée vers le côté de l'ouverture (13A) est formée sur une partie du bras de liaison (105). Un espace est formé par la pièce pliée (105D) du côté de la carte de circuit imprimé (14), et une partie (14A) devant être montée sur la carte de circuit imprimé (14) est installée de manière à correspondre à l'espace.
