The subject of the present invention is mainly a device for fitting a spring into a nuclear fuel rod clad, comprising a spring dispenser (4) for dispensing a spring (14), a spring loader (2) for loading a spring into the clad, the dispenser (4) delivering the springs (14) to the loader (2), said loader (2) having a longitudinal slideway (32) for receiving the spring (14), a pusher, for placing the spring (14) in the clad and capable of moving in the slideway, and means for causing the displacement of said pusher, said device including mechanical means (48) for associating the actuation of the displacement means with that of the spring dispenser (4).

La présente invention a principalement pour objet un dispositif de montage de ressort dans une gaine pour combustible nucléaire, comportant un distributeur (4) de ressort (14), un chargeur de ressort (2) dans la gaine, le distributeur (4) fournissant les ressorts (14) au chargeur (2), ledit chargeur (2) comportant une glissière (32) longitudinale pour recevoir le ressort (14), un poussoir pour mettre en place le ressort (14) dans la gaine et est apte à se déplacer dans la glissière, des moyens de déplacement dudit poussoir, ledit dispositif comportant des moyens mécaniques (48) pour associer l'actionnement des moyens de déplacement à celui du distributeur (4) de ressort.
