Disclosed is an adamantane derivative which enables to obtain a cured product excellent in optical characteristics such as transparency and light resistance, electrical characteristics such as long-term heat resistance and dielectric constant, and low water absorption. Also disclosed are a resin composition containing such an adamantane derivative, a sealing agent for electronic circuits, optoelectronic member, semiconductor device and copper-clad laminate each using such a resin composition, and a radiation-sensitive resin composition which contains such an adamantane derivative as a crosslinking agent. Specifically disclosed are an adamantane derivative represented by the formula (I-1) below, a resin composition containing such an adamantane derivative, a sealing agent for electronic circuits, optoelectronic member, semiconductor device and copper-clad laminate each using such a resin composition, and a radiation-sensitive resin composition which contains such an adamantane derivative as a crosslinking agent.

La présente invention concerne un dérivé d'adamantane permettant d'obtenir un produit durci dont les caractéristiques optiques telles que la transparence et la photorésistance et les caractéristiques électriques telles que la résistance à la chaleur de longue durée et la constante diélectrique sont excellentes, et qui présente une faible absorption d'eau. La présente invention concerne également une formule de résine contenant un tel dérivé d'adamantane, un agent d'étanchéité pour circuits électroniques, un élément optoélectronique, un dispositif semi-conducteur et un laminé recouvert de cuivre qui utilisent tous une telle formule de résine, ainsi qu'une formule de résine radiosensible qui contient un tel dérivé d'adamantane à titre d'agent de réticulation. La présente invention concerne spécifiquement un dérivé d'adamantane de formule (I-1) ci-dessous, une formule de résine contenant un tel dérivé d'adamantane, un agent d'étanchéité pour circuits électroniques, un élément optoélectronique, un dispositif semi-conducteur et un laminé recouvert de cuivre qui utilisent tous une telle formule de résine, ainsi qu'une formule de résine radiosensible qui contient un tel dérivé d'adamantane à titre d'agent de réticulation.
