Conventional permanent magnetic type synchronous motors have reduced cogging torque by displacing the permanent magneto of the rotor in a circumference direction or by displacing the stator core in a circumference direction. Such skewing, however, causes the motor output to decrease and, in addition, it has been impossible to automate wire-winding work, resulting in an expensive motor. To solve these problems, a divided core is provided, with which the wire-winding work can be automated and an inexpensive and high-output motor can be obtained. The divided core (100) comprises a laminated iron core formed by a teeth (6), and a yoke (5) and a pole piece (9), which are connected to both ends of the teeth (6). A plurality of the divided cores are arranged in a ring shape to form a stator. In this divided core (100), both ends of the yoke (5) and both ends of the pole piece (9) are displaced in one direction of circumference directions in each laminated iron core from the laminated top layer toward the laminated bottom layer of the divided iron core.

Dans le but de réduire les oscillations de couple dans les moteurs synchrones du type à aimants permanents traditionnels, les aimants permanents du rotor sont décalés dans le sens circonférentiel ou le noyau du stator est décalé dans le sens circonférentiel. Ce décalage occasionne toutefois une diminution de la puissance fournie par le moteur et ne permet pas un bobinage automatisé, d’où des coûts de fabrication élevés de ces moteurs. Pour remédier à ces problèmes, l’invention concerne un noyau divisé permettant l’automatisation du bobinage et la fabrication d’un moteur peu coûteux à puissance de sortie élevée. Le noyau divisé (100) comprend un noyau de fer feuilleté comprenant des dents (6), et une culasse (5) et une pièce polaire (9), reliées aux deux extrémités des dents (6). Une pluralité de noyaux divisés sont disposés en anneau pour former un stator. Dans ce noyau divisé (100), les deux extrémités de la culasse (5) et les deux extrémités de la pièce polaire (9) sont décalées dans l’un des sens circonférentiels dans chaque noyau de fer feuilleté de sa couche de dessus vers sa couche de dessous.

 従来の永久磁石形同期モータはロータの永久磁石を周方向へ変位させたり、ステータコアを周方向へ変位させたりして、コギングトルクを低減していたが、かかるスキューはモータ出力が低下し、しかも巻線作業の自動化ができず高価なモータになってしまったので、これを解決し、巻線作業の自動化ができて低廉で高出力のモータを得ることのできる分割コアを提供する。  ティース(6)とティース(6)にその両端で連接するヨーク(5)およびポールピース(9)とを形成された積層鉄心より成る分割コア(100)を複数個環状に並べて連結してステータを構成する当該分割コア(100)において、ヨーク(5)両端及び前記ポールピース(9)両端が、分割コア鉄心の積層最上層から積層最下層に向けて積層鉄心毎に周方向の一方向へ変位させている。
