A method controls the execution of a process. The method includes the steps of providing a first controller adapted to receive inputs and to control outputs based upon a predetermined relationship between inputs and outputs, defining the process as a batch recipe comprising a collection of tasks, defining at least one task in terms of subtasks, and subtasks I terms of conditions according to the formulae (I) and (II) wherein, symbol (I) represents an “AND” relationship and symbol (II) represents an “OR” relationship.

La présente invention concerne un procédé qui commande l’exécution d’un processus. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : prévoir un premier dispositif de commande conçu pour recevoir des entrées et commander des sorties en se basant sur une relation prédéterminée entre les entrées et les sorties ; définir le processus telle une formule du lot comprenant un ensemble de tâches, définissant au moins une tâche en termes de sous-tâches et les sous-tâches I en termes de conditions conformément aux formules (I) et (II) selon lesquelles, le symbole (I) représente une relation “ET” et le symbole (II) représente une relation “OU”.
