The bottom of the cuvette (1) comprises a curved raceway placed so as to guide the oscillating movement of a ball inserted into the cuvette. In addition, the cuvette comprises means of attachment, in two perpendicular directions, to adjacent unit cuvettes. The cuvettes can thus be stored as plates (19) in a feed magazine (27) of an analytical device (22). The analytical device comprises several stations (29-37) placed around a rotary ring (25). Only where it is desired to determine the clotting time of the blood contained in the cuvette a ball is introduced into the latter, at a ball distribution post (36). The cuvette equipped in this way is then brought to a station (37) where the test is carried out. The major advantage of the invention is the polyvalence of the cuvette and of the analytical device.

Le fond de la cuvette (1) comprend un chemin de roulement curviligne agencé pour guider le mouvement oscillant d'une bille insérée dans la cuvette. En outre, la cuvette comporte des moyens d'accrochage (12,17,18) , dans deux directions perpendiculaires, à des cuvettes unitaires adjacentes. Les cuvettes peuvent ainsi être stockées en plaques (19) dans un magasin d'alimentation (27) d'un dispositif d'analyse (22) . Le dispositif d'analyse comporte plusieurs postes (29 - 37) disposés autour d'une couronne (25) rotative. Uniquement lorsqu'on souhaite déterminer le temps de coagulation du sang contenu dans la cuvette, on introduit une bille dans celle-ci, au niveau d'un poste de distribution (36) de billes. La cuvette ainsi équipée est ensuite amenée à un poste (37) où le test est effectué. L'avantage majeur de l'invention est la polyvalence de la cuvette et du dispositif d'analyse.
