Verfahren zur Lagestabilisierung von, zu einer Tunnelröhre (1) versetzten Tunnelausbauelementen (2) über die, an den Schildschwanz (8) des Vortriebschildes einer Tunnelbohrmaschine, anschließende Strecke, in der die Hinterfüllung (10) und Stabilisierung erfolgt, wobei mit den Tunnelausbauelementen (2) an deren Innenflächen (7) lösbar verbindbar eine Halterungskonstruktion (5) zur Ausübung einer Zugkraft angeordnet ist, die im wesentlichen radial symmetrisch in die Tunnelröhre (1) gerichtet ausgeübt wird und die Tunnelausbauelemente (2) in der vorbestimmten Lage hält, wobei die lösbare Verbindung zwischen den Tunnelausbauelementen (2) und der mehrgliedrigen Halterungskonstruktion (5) im wesentlichen durch Unterdruck gegenüber dem äußeren Luftdruck oder durch ein, auf die Bewehrung der Tunnelausbauelemente (2) wirkendes, Magnetfeld hergestellt wird.

The invention relates to a method for positional stabilising of tunnel lining elements (2) applied in tunnel tubes (1) over the region adjacent to the shield tail (8) of the driving shield of a tunnel boring machine in which the backfilling (10) and stabilising are carried out. A retaining construction (5) is detachably connected to the inner surfaces (7) of the tunnel lining elements (2) to exert a tensile force, which is exerted in an essentially radially symmetrical fashion in the tunnel tubes (1) and to hold the tunnel lining elements (2) in the set position, wherein the detachable connection between the tunnel lining elements (2) and the multi-part retaining construction (5) is essentially maintained by a vacuum relative to the external air pressure or by a magnetic field acting on the reinforcements in the tunnel lining elements (2).

L'invention concerne un procédé pour stabiliser la position d'éléments de soutènement (2) d'un tunnel décalés par rapport à un tube (1) du tunnel sur le tronçon qui est adjacent à la queue (8) du bouclier de creusement d'un tunnelier et dans lequel le remblaiement (10) et la stabilisation sont effectués, une structure de maintien (5) étant reliée de façon libérable aux surfaces internes (7) des éléments de soutènement (2) du tunnel, laquelle structure est destinée à exercer une force de traction dirigée sensiblement en symétrie radiale dans le tube (1) du tunnel et maintenant les éléments de soutènement (2) du tunnel dans la position prédéterminée. Selon la présente invention, la liaison libérable entre les éléments de soutènement (2) du tunnel et la structure de maintien à éléments multiples (5) est établie sensiblement au moyen d'un vide par rapport à la pression atmosphérique extérieure ou au moyen d'un champ magnétique agissant sur l'armature des éléments de soutènement (2) du tunnel.
