(DE)Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein verbessertes Verfahren zur Reinigung von Zuckerrüben-Rohsaft. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft weiter Verfahren zur Herstellung von Nichtsaccharosestoff-Zusammensetzungen aus Zuckerrüben-Rohsaft sowie Vorrichtungen zur Reinigung von Zuckerrüben-Rohsaft. Die erfindungsgemäßen Maßnahmen erlauben eine Reduzierung des Kalkverbrauches bei der Reinigung.
(EN)The invention relates to an improved method for purifying raw sugar beet juice. The invention further relates to methods for producing non-sucrose material compositions from raw sugar beet juice as well as devices for purifying raw sugar beet juice. The inventive measures make it possible to reduce the consumption of lime during the purification process.
