(EN)The invention relates to a nozzle (1) adapted for the transfer of molten metal from an upper vessel to a lower vessel comprising a nozzle body having a gas discharge element and a bore (3) connecting the gas discharge element (2) to a gas inlet (4), the bore (3) defining a gas passageway. According to the invention, the material constituting the gas discharge element (2) is constituted of a material that will not produce carbon monoxide at the temperature of use. Advantageously, the walls of the gas passageway are provided with a layer (5) of a material which will not produce carbon monoxide at the temperature of use. The nozzle of the invention does not contaminate the gas passing therethrough.
(FR)L'invention concerne une buse (1) prévue pour le transfert de métal en fusion d'un récipient supérieur à un récipient inférieur, comportant un corps de buse muni d'un élément de refoulement de gaz et d'un alésage (3) reliant l'élément (2) de refoulement de gaz à une entrée (4) de gaz, l'alésage (3) définissant un passage de gaz. Selon l'invention, l'élément (2) de refoulement de gaz est constitué d'un matériau ne produisant pas de monoxyde de carbone à la température d'utilisation. Avantageusement, les parois du passage de gaz sont pourvues d'une couche (5) d'un matériau ne produisant pas de monoxyde de carbone à la température d'utilisation. La buse de l'invention ne contamine pas le gaz qui la traverse.
