Die Erfindung betrifft einen Energieabsorptionskörper mit im wesentlichen in einer axialen Richtung verlaufenden Seitenelementen (102, 104), wobei die Seitenelemente nach außen gewölbt sind, und mit zumindest einem Energieabsorptionselement (112), wobei das Energieabsorptionselement zwischen den Seitenelementen angeordnet ist, und wobei das Energieabsorptionselement zur Aufnahme einer von den Seitenelementen auf das Energieabsorptionselement ausübbaren Zugkraft (F') und zur Deformation bei einer in radialer Richtung auf eines der Seitenelemente ausgeübten Druckkraft (F'') ausgebildet ist.

The invention relates to an energy-absorption element with side elements (102, 104) which extend essentially in an axial direction, in which the side elements are curved outwardly, and having at least one energy-absorption element (112), in which the energy-absorption element is arranged between the side elements and in which the energy-absorption element is designed to absorb a tensile force (F’) which can be exerted on the energy-absorption element via the side elements, and to deform in the event of a compressive force (F’’) which is exerted in the radial direction on one of the side elements.

L’invention concerne un corps d’absorption d’énergie comprenant des éléments latéraux (102, 104) qui s’étendent sensiblement dans une direction axiale, les éléments latéraux étant cintrés vers l’extérieur, et comprenant au moins un élément d’absorption d’énergie (112) l’élément d’absorption d’énergie étant disposé entre les éléments latéraux et l’élément d’absorption d’énergie étant configuré pour absorber une force de traction (F’) pouvant être exercée par les éléments latéraux sur l’élément d’absorption d’énergie et pour se déformer en présence d’une force de pression (F’’) exercée dans le sens radial sur l’un des éléments latéraux.
