Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Ölbindemittels granulärer, offenporiger Struktur mit silikatkeramischer Matrix unter Verwendung von Papierfangstoff und Ton, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, jeweils bezogen auf die gesamte Rohmasse, 35 - 60 Gew.-% Klärschlamm mit einem Wassergehalt zwischen 70 und 85 Gew.-%, 25 - 55 Gew.-% Papierfangstoff mit einem Wassergehalt zwischen 35 und 55 Gew.-%, 10 -25 Gew.-% Ton und gegebenenfalls 1 - 3 Gew.-% Zeolith, 1 bis 2 Gew.-% Branntkalk und/oder bis zu 3 Gew.-% Flugasche zu einer homogenen Mischung vermischt werden und danach die erhaltene Rohmasse zu Partikeln mit einem mittleren Durchmesser von 4 - 6 mm verarbeitet wird, worauf eine Trocknung der Partikel erfolgt, die daran anschließend bei 950 - 1050° C gebrannt werden. Die verfahrensgemäß hergestellten Ölbindemittel weisen eine Schüttdichte zwischen 0,4 und 0,75 kg/l sowie ein Ölbindevermögen von 0,7 bis 1,0 l Öl pro kg Ölbinder auf.

The invention relates to a method for producing an oil-binding agent of granular open-porous structure with a silicate ceramic matrix by using recovered paper material and clay. The method is characterized in that, in each case based on the entire raw material, 35 to 60 wt.-% sewage sludge with a water content of between 70 and 85 wt.-%, 25 to 55 wt.-% recovered paper material with a water content of between 35 and 55 wt.-%, 10 to 25 wt.-% clay and optionally 1 to 3 wt.-% zeolithe, 1 to 2 wt.-% quicklime and/or up to 3 wt.-% fly ash are mixed to a homogeneous mixture. The raw material thus obtained is subsequently processed in order to form particles having an average diameter of 4 to 6 mm. The particles are then dried and subsequently burnt at 950 to 1050 °C. The oil-binding agents produced according to said method have a bulk density of between 0.4 and 0.75 kg/l and a oil-binding capability of 0.7 to 1.0 l oil per oil-binder.

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour préparer un agglutinant du pétrole de structure granulaire, à pores ouverts comprenant une matrice silicate-céramique, en se servant d'une substance de captation papier et d'argile. L'invention se caractérise en ce que 35 - 60 % en poids de boues résiduaires ayant une teneur en eau comprise entre 70 et 85 % en poids, 25 - 55 % en poids de substance de captation papier ayant une teneur en eau comprise entre 35 et 55 % en poids, 10 -25 % en poids d'argile, et éventuellement 1 - 3 % en poids de zéolithe, 1 à 2 % en poids de chaux vive et/ou jusqu'à 3 % en poids de cendres volantes - ces pourcentages étant respectivement rapportés à l'intégralité de la masse brute - sont mélangés pour donner un mélange homogène, puis la masse brute obtenue est réduites en particules de granulométrie moyenne de 4 - 6 mm, les particules étant ensuite séchées et finalement brûlées à une température de 950 - 1050 °C. Les agglutinants du pétrole produits selon le procédé ont une densité apparente comprise entre 0,4 et 0,75 kg/l et une capacité d'agglutination du pétrole de 0,7 à 1,0 l de pétrole par kg d'agglutinant.
