PAPER PALLETS, BOARDS AND THE LIKE

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a lightweight, disposable paper pallets, boards and the like fabricated of flat sheet material or corrugated paper that is relatively ridged but capable of being formed, without breaking.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

It has been quite sometime since man have been using natural resources to fulfill the needs of industries that resulted in the imbalance of earth ecosystem. Each year an estimated of 200 millions trees in the forest are harvested to provide the industries sufficient supply of wood. Wood products even though are easily available, but are sometimes difficult to work with, as they are heavy. Further to this, excessive use, lack of uniformity during manufacturing and damage occurred in handling makes it virtually impossible to reuse or recycle.

Therefore, it is an objective of the present invention to overcome or reduce the above-mentioned disadvantages by introducing a lightweight, disposable paper pallets, boards and the like structures which are made of preferably flat sheets of material or corrugated paper.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a paper pallet, board and the like characterized in that wherein at least two pieces of board are bounded together at a pre-determined length and height and wherein a bonding agent is used thereof to bind said pieces of board to form a anel with a pre-determined dimension of at least a width, a height, a thickness and a broadness. An inserting agent is used thereto to bind at the length and height by using the bonding agent to form another panel with a pre-determined broadness.

At least four pieces of board are used and bonded together at the length and height by using the bonding agent to form another panel with" a pre-determined broadness and wherein further configuration at least .two boards are bonded together at the length and thickness to form another panel but with a hole therein and wherein at least two other boards could be bonded together at a height and thickness to form a block with the hole, length and width. Further at least four boards bonded together at a different angle and at the length, width and height to form a layer panel with a hole and thickness. The external surfaces of the boards, blocks or panels are reinforced by wrapping with at least a layer of wrapping material or wrapping agent such as paper, tape or the like material.

Therein is a method of folding a paper or board material into various profiles by utilizing various combination to form a flexible board and wherein the flexible board comprises of a vertical folding, a horizontal folding positioned at the bottom, another vertical folding and another horizontal folding at the top position, and wherein such configuration would be repeated for an unlimited number of time. An edge is further provided and said edge could be of any radius or any degree in chamfer and wherein the horizontal folding could of any width and could be bonded with the vertical folding at any distance. Further to this the paper pallet, board and the like could be waxed or chemically treated to make it water and fire resistance. The paper pallet, board and the like could be extruded or formed by using plastics or any extrudable or formidable materials.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

It should be noted that the present invention generally comprises of three 10 different embodiments. The description below will therefore describe a first embodiment, followed by a second embodiment and a third embodiment thereafter.

A first embodiment of the present invention relates to a method using a plurality of blocks, which are bonded together to form a panel. Additional to this, a plurality of

15 blocks positioned in rows is bonded to the said panel to form a pallet runner. Further to this a plurality of panels positioned in rows are bonded to the pallet runner to form a rigid structure hereinafter referred as a board. The above mentioned materials are bonded together using a bonding agent such as paper, glue, tape, stapler, nail, screw and the like. To further strengthened the bond, this first embodiment can further be inserted

20 with inserting agents such as paper, wood, metal, polystyrene and the like materials.

Reference is first made to Figure 1 wherein at least two pieces of board are bonded together at a length of (1) and height of (3) by using a bonding agent to form panel PA with the width (2), height (3), thickness (4) and broadness (5). An inserting 25. agent (6) is used to bond at the length (1) and height (3) by using a bonding agent to form panel PB with the broadness (7), Figure 2. Figure 3 illustrates at least four pieces of board used and bonded together at length (1) and height (3) by using a bonding agent to form another panel PC with the broadness (9).

30 Figure 4 A illustrates at least two pieces of boards bonded together, at length (1) and thickness (4) to form panel PD with a hole (10) therein. On the other hancl, Figure 4B illustrates at least two boards bonded together at a height (13) and thickness (14) to form a block BA with a hole (10), length (11) and width (12).

Figure 5A illustrates at least four boards bonded together at a different angle and at the length (1), width (2), height (3) to form a layer panel PE and with a hole (15) and thickness (16).

Reference should also be made to the remaining figures as each of the figures illustrates a different configuration of the first embodiment of the present invention, in which therein would be shown a top and bottom covers (17, 18), a hole (19) and two top openings holes (2OA, 20B).

Now the second embodiment of the present invention would be described in detail. The second embodiment according to the present invention is generally a method of using layers of paper bonded spirally together to form geometrical shape like structures such as rectangular, oblong, squares and the like shapes. In this second embodiment, the board is again bonded by using bonding agents, like mentioned earlier. Further to this, inserting agents are also used likewise in the first embodiment to reinforce the board. However, in this second embodiment, the external surface is wrapped with at least a layer of wrapping material, hereinafter also referred as wrapping agents such as paper, tape or the like material to further strengthened. It is known by the present inventor that this second embodiment could be used for various purpose such as for transportation, packaging, crates, boxes, furniture, partitions, renovation and etc.

Reference is now made to Figure 21 illustrates a rectangular shape like structure

, which is bonded by a plurality of layers of paper together by using a glue as a bonding agent in a spirally manner to form the board 1 with the length (21), width (22), height

(23), thickness (24) and a hole (25). Figure 22 instead illustrates the board being inserted with an inserting agent (26) in the middle portion and two holes (25) at the side portions are also bonded together for strength and support to form board 2.

Other configurations of this second embodiment are shown in Figures 23 to 31 and are self-explanatory.

Now the third embodiment of the present invention would be described in detail. The third embodiment according to the present invention is generally a method of folding a paper or paperboard material into various profiles by utilizing various combination to form a flexible board. As mentioned earlier, in this third' embodiment the profile is also bonded by using the same bonding agent. The external strength is also reinforced likewise mentioned earlier. The inserting agents are also similar to the first and second embodiment.

Reference is now made to Figure 32 wherein there is illustrated an isometric view of the flexible profile, which consist of a vertical folding (31), a horizontal folding (32) at the bottom and another vertical folding (31) and another horizontal folding (33) at the top. This arrangement could be repeated all over for unlimited times. The edge (34) could be of any radius or any degree in chamfer. The horizontal folding (32, 33) could be in any width and could be bonded together with the vertical folding (31) at any distance by using bonding agents. Referring to Figures 33 and 34 wherein a combined flexible profile formed to be a flexible board is shown therein in which profiles are bonded together with one another (at the bottom and top portion) using the bonding agent. This configuration would create a hole (35) between the top and bottom portions.

Other configurations of the third embodiment according to the present invention are shown in Figures 35 to 49 in which therein would be shown the board being inserted with inserting agents likewise described earlier and etc.
