Abstract:
(EN) Anisotropically shaped ceramic particles represented by the general formula: {(K1-x-yNaxLiy)4(Nb1-zTaz)6O17 + aMeOb} (wherein Me is at least one member selected from the group consisting of Sb, Cu, Mn, V, Si, Ti and W; b is a positive number depending on the valence of Me; and x, y, z and a satisfy the relationships: 0 < x < 0.5, 0 < y < 0.3, 0 < z < 0.3, and 0.001 < a < 0.1). The particles have plate-like shape, a mean particle diameter of 1 to 100μm, and a D/t ratio of 2 or above, preferably 5 or above wherein D is the maximum diameter of the principal plane and t is the thickness perpendicular to the principal plane. According to the invention, anisotropically shaped ceramic particles useful as reactive templates for producing crystal-oriented alkali metal niobate ceramics can be obtained without troublesome production steps at a relatively low manufacturing cost.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des particules céramiques formées de manière anisotrope représentées par la formule générale : {(K1-x-yNaxLiy)4(Nb1-zTaz)6O17 + aMeOb} (dans laquelle Me représente au moins un élément choisi dans le groupe constitué par Sb, Cu, Mn, V, Si, Ti et W ; b est un nombre positif dépendant de la valence de Me ; et x, y, z et a satisfont les relations : 0 ≤ x ≤ 0,5, 0 ≤ y ≤ 0,3, 0 ≤ z ≤ 0,3 et 0,001 ≤ a ≤ 0,1). Les particules sont de forme plate, ont un diamètre moyen de particules de 1 à 100 μm, et un rapport D/t supérieur ou égal à 2, de préférence supérieur ou égal à 5 où D représente le diamètre maximum du plan principal et t représente l’épaisseur perpendiculaire au plan principal. Selon l'invention, des particules céramiques formées de manière anisotrope utiles en tant que matrices réactives pour produire des produits céramiques de type niobate de métal alcalin à cristaux orientés peuvent être obtenus sans étape de production laborieuse à un coût de fabrication relativement bas.
(JA)  本発明の異方形状セラミック粒子は、一般式{(K1-x-yNaLi(Nb1-zTa17+aMeO}(ただし、MeはSb,Cu,Mn,V,Si,Ti,Wからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を示し、bはMeの価数によって決定される正の数である。)で表され、前記x、y、z及びaは、0≦x≦0.5、0≦y≦0.3、0≦z≦0.3、0.001≦a≦0.1を満足している。また、異方形状セラミック粒子は、板状を有し、平均粒径は1~100μm、主面の最大径Dと該主面に対する垂直方向の厚tとの比D/tは2以上、好ましくは5以上である。これにより煩雑な製造工程を要することなく、比較的安価な製造コストでもって、結晶配向したニオブ酸アルカリ金属系セラミックを作製するための反応性テンプレートに適した異方形状セラミック粒子を得ることができる。
