Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for production of a catalyst for the catalytic combustion of hydrocarbons, in particular, methane, wherein a hexaaluminate of formula MO • 6 Al2O3 is prepared,where M is at least one earth alkali metal and the at least one earth alkali metal and eth aluminium can be proportionately replaced by at lest one further metal and the hexaaluminate is milled to give a mean particle size D50 of less than 3 µm. The invention further relates to a catalyst as obtained by said method, a catalytic burner, comprising said catalyst, and a fuel cell arrangement including the catalytic burner.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un catalyseur destiné à la combustion catalytique d'hydrocarbures, notamment de méthane. Selon ce procédé, on prépare un hexa-aluminate représenté par la formule MO 6 Al2O3 où M représente au moins un métal alcalino-terreux, le ou les métaux alcalino-terreux et l'aluminium pouvant être remplacés par un autre métal, même proportionnellement ; et on moud l'hexa-aluminate pour obtenir une granulométrie moyenne D50 inférieure à 3 µm. L'invention concerne également un catalyseur, la manière dont ce catalyseur peut être obtenu au moyen du procédé selon l'invention, un brûleur catalytique contenant le catalyseur, et un système de cellules électrochimiques contenant le brûleur catalytique.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Katalysators für die katalytische Verbrennung von Kohlenwasserstoffen, insbesondere Methan, wobei: ein Hexaaluminat der Formel MO • 6 Al2O3 bereitgestellt wird, in welcher M für zumindest ein Erdalkalimetall steht, und wobei das zumindest eine Erdalkalimetall und das Aluminium auch anteilig durch zumindest ein anderes Metall ersetzt sein kann; und das Hexaaluminat auf eine mittlere Korngröße D50 von weniger als 3 µm gemahlen wird. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung einen Katalysator, wie er mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren erhalten werden kann, einen katalytischen Brenner, welcher den Katalysator enthält, sowie eine Brennstoffzellenanordnung, welche der katalytischen Brenner umfasst.
