Abstract:
(EN) A system for filtering a signal includes a plurality of filter modules coupled in series. Each filter module includes a filter and a variable gain element. Each filter is capable of receiving an input signal, attenuating a portion of the input signal that is outside a passband . associated with the filter, and outputting at least a portion of the input signal that is within the passband associated with the filter. Each variable gain element is capable of receiving a control signal and inducing a gain in an output of the filter based on the control signal.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système permettant de filtrer un signal qui comprend une pluralité de modules de filtre montés en série. Chaque module de filtre se compose d’un filtre et d’un élément de gain variable. Chaque filtre est capable de recevoir un signal d’entrée, d’atténuer une partie du signal d’entrée qui ne se trouve pas dans une bande passante associée au filtre et de sortir au moins une partie du signal d’entrée présent dans la bande passante associée au filtre. Chaque élément de gain variable est capable de recevoir un signal de commande et de produire un gain dans une sortie du filtre en s’appuyant sur le signal de commande.
