(EN)It is intended to provide a composite scaffold for tissue regeneration which has a high rigidity and strength in the radial direction as well as in the longitudinal direction of a tubular fabric structure, and in which in the case of therapeutic surgery such as implanting, it is difficult to be deformed in the radial direction and inside cells are not destroyed. At crossing parts of a structure comprising polylactic acid resin (PLA) fiber, PLA fiber is hung and interwoven spirally (in a coil-like shape). Here, it is preferable to use a polycaprolactone resin (PCL) or a copolymer of lactic acid and glycolic acid (PLGA) as a binder. By interweaving the coil-shaped PLA fiber while hanging it at the crossing parts of the structure, it becomes possible to control a coil pitch easily and to significantly improve the rigidity and strength in the radial direction by 2- to 10-fold.
(FR)L’invention concerne un échafaudage composite pour régénérer un tissu possédant une forte rigidité et une forte solidité dans la direction radiale ainsi que dans la direction longitudinale d'une structure tubulaire en tissu, et qui, lors de chirurgie thérapeutique telle que d'implant, est difficilement déformé dans la direction radiale, préservant les cellules internes. Aux parties d’intersection d'une structure qui comprend une fibre en résine d’acide polylactique (PLA), une fibre PLA est suspendue et entrelacée en spirale (en forme de bobine). Ici, il est préférable d’utiliser une résine polycaprolactone (PCL) ou un copolymère d’acides lactique et glycolique (PLGA) comme liant. En entrelaçant la fibre PLA en forme de bobine, en la suspendant aux parties entrecroisées de la structure, il devient possible de contrôler facilement l’inclinaison du bobinage et d’améliorer significativement de 2 à 10 fois la rigidité et la solidité dans la direction radiale.
(JA) 管状の織物構造体の長手軸方向のみならず、半径方向の剛性および強度も大きく、埋植等の治療手術をする場合に、半径方向につぶれるような変形が生じにくく、中の細胞が破壊されることのない組織再生用複合化スカフォールドを提供する。ポリ乳酸樹脂(PLA)繊維からなる構造体の交差部に、PLA繊維を螺旋状(コイル状)に引っ掛けて織り込む。ここで、バインダーとしてポリカプロラクトン樹脂(PCL)、若しくは、乳酸とグリコール酸の共重合体(PLGA)を用いることが好ましい。構造体の交差部に、コイル状のPLA繊維を引っ掛けて編み込むことにより、コイルピッチの制御が容易で、かつ、半径方向の剛性と強度を2~10倍と著しく向上させることが可能となる。
