Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing intercalated nanocomposites from organic materials with laminar structures. The inventive method is characterised in that it comprises the following steps consisting in: reducing the size of the laminar particles and purifying same, pre-treating the natural and/or synthetic structures using precursors, intercalating modifiers into the laminar structure, adding the product resulting from the previous step in liquid form during the processing of a plastic matrix and/or precipitating the product resulting from the previous step in order to obtain a masterbatch, and incorporating the masterbatch into a plastic matrix using any plastic processing means.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de nanocomposites intercalaires de matériaux organiques ayant des structures laminaires. Ledit procédé consiste à réduire la dimension des particules laminaires et à les purifier ; à prétraiter les structures laminaires naturelles et/ou synthétiques au moyen de précurseurs ; à intercaler des modificateurs dans la structure laminaire ; à ajouter le produit obtenu à l'étape précédente sous forme liquide pendant le traitement d'un liant plastique et/ou à précipiter le produit obtenu à l'étape précédente pour obtenir un mélange maître, puis à incorporer le mélange maître dans un liant plastique au moyen d'un quelconque moyen de traitement des plastiques.
(ES) La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la fabricación de nanocompuestos intercalados de materiales orgánicos con estructuras laminares, caracterizado porque comprende las siguientes etapas: -disminuir el tamaño de las partículas laminares y purificarlas; -pre-tratamiento de las estructuras laminares naturales y/o sintéticas mediante el uso de precursores; -intercalación de modificadores en la estructura laminar; -adición del resultante de la etapa anterior en forma líquida durante el procesado de una matriz plástica y/o precipitar el resultante de la etapa anterior para obtener un masterbatch; y -incorporación del masterbatch en una matriz plástica por cualquier vía de procesado de plásticos.
