(EN) 5,5'-linked 1,1'-biphenyl axial chiral ligands in the field of chemical engineering technique are disclosed. The present ligands have both central chirality of oxazoline and axial chirality of biphenyl. The present ligands are expected to be highly effective and highly stereoselective as chiral ligands for various types of metal-catalyzed asymmetric reactions and display wide utility. The general structure of the present ligands is: in which n=5,6,7,8,9,10,11 or 12;R1=hydrogen, alkyl, substituted aryl, substituted benzyl; R2=hydrogen, alkyl, substituted aryl,substituted benzyl; R3=hydrogen, alkyl, substituted aryl, substituted benzyl;R4= hydrogen, alkyl, substituted aryl, substituted benzyl.
(FR) L'invention concerne des ligands chiraux de 1,1'-biphényle axial 5,5'-lié dans le domaine de la technique du génie chimique. Ces ligands possèdent à la fois une chiralité centrale d'oxazoline et une chiralité axiale de biphényle. Ces ligands sont censés être hautement efficaces et hautement stéréosélectifs en tant que ligands chiraux pour divers types de réactions asymétriques catalysées par des métaux et présentent une grande utilité. La structure générale de ces ligands consiste en: n=5,6,7,8,9,10,11 ou 12; R1 = hydrogène, alkyle, aryle substitué, benzyle substitué; R2 = hydrogène, alkyle, aryle substitué, benzyle substitué; R3 = hydrogène, alkyle, aryle substitué, benzyle substitué; R4 = hydrogène, alkyle, aryle substitué, benzyle substitué.
