The invention relates to a method for producing a layer structure in an electronic device, especially in an organic light emitting device, the method comprising a step of producing the layer structure as a composite layer structure with free charge carriers generated by charge transfer between a first material and a second material, wherein the composite layer structure is provided as a stack of at least three non-mixed sub-layers made of the first material and the second material, respectively, wherein within the stack of the at least three non-mixed sublayers each first material sub-layer is followed by an adjacent second material sub-layer and each second material sub-layer is followed by an adjacent first material sub-layer, and wherein the first material and the second material are selected to form a host-dopant material system for the electrical doping. The invention also relates to an electronic device.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une structure en couches dans un dispositif électronique, notamment dans un dispositif électroluminescent organique. Le procédé consiste à produire la structure en couches sous forme de structure en couches composite comportant des porteurs de charges libres générés par transfert de charge entre un premier matériau et un second matériau. La structure en couches composite se présente sous la forme d'un empilement d'au moins trois sous-couches non mélangées du premier matériau et du second matériau, respectivement. Dans l'empilement de ces au moins trois sous-couches non mélangées, chaque sous-couche du premier matériau est suivie d'une sous-couche adjacente du second matériau et chaque sous-couche du second matériau est suivie d'une sous-couche adjacente du premier matériau. Le premier matériau et le second matériau sont sélectionnés pour former un système de matériau hôte-dopant pour le dopage électrique. L'invention concerne également un dispositif électronique.
