Die Erfindung betrifft einen Multiplex-Sender für Polymerfaserübertragung und ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung. Erfindungsgemäß besitzt der Multiplex-Sender einen Grundkörper (1) mit Aussparungen (2) , in denen Wellenleiter der Eingangskanäle sowie Wellenleiter (4) des oder der Ausgangskanäle angeordnet sind, wobei sowohl der Grundkörper mit Aussparungen als auch die Wellenleiter Spritzgussteile sind. Im Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Multiplex-Sender für Polymerfaserübertragung werden in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt der Grundkörper mit den Aussparungen als Spritzgussteil hergestellt, während in einem zweiten Verfahrensschritt die Wellenleiter ebenfalls durch Spritzguss in Aussparungen des Grundkörpers eingebracht werden .

L'invention concerne un émetteur multiplex pour la transmission sur fibre polymère et un procédé de fabrication associé. Selon l'invention, l'émetteur multiplex comporte un corps de base (1) doté d'évidements (2) dans lesquels sont disposés des guides d'ondes des canaux d'entrée et des guides d'ondes (4) du ou des canaux de sortie. Le corps de base doté d'évidements et les guides d'ondes sont des éléments moulés par injection. La présente invention porte également sur un procédé pour réaliser cet émetteur multiplex pour la transmission sur fibre polymère, procédé consistant, dans une première opération, à mouler par injection le corps de base doté des évidements et, dans une deuxième opération, à introduire les guides d'ondes dans les évidements du corps de base, également par moulage par injection.
