Abstract
(EN)
An EGR cooler well suited for application to a diesel engine without largely lowering performance. The EGR cooler comprises a tube (3) and a shell (1) surrounding the tube (3). Cooling water (9) is fed into and discharged from the shell (1) and exhaust gases (10) are introduced from the diesel engine into the tube (3) to exchange heat between the exhaust gases (10) and the cooling water (9). Three lines of spiral projections (12, 13, 14) are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the tube (3) so as to circumferentially run parallel with each other with different phases. The ratio (P/D) of the pitch (P) of the spiral projections (12, 13, 14) to the inner diameter (D) of the tube (3) is set to 2.0 to 4.0. The ratio (H/D) of the height (H) of the spiral projections (12, 13, 14) to the inner diameter (D) of the tube (3) is set to 0.1 to 0.2.

La présente invention concerne un refroidisseur pour recyclage de gaz d’échappement convenant à une application sur un moteur diesel sans diminuer considérablement la performance. Le refroidisseur pour recyclage de gaz d’échappement comprend un tube (3) et une coque (1) qui entoure le tube (3). De l’eau de refroidissement (9) est conduite dans la coque et évacuée de celle-ci et des gaz d’échappement (10) du moteur diesel sont introduits dans le tube (3) pour qu’il se produise un échange de chaleur entre les gaz d’échappement (10) et l’eau de refroidissement (9). Trois saillies en spirale (12, 13, 14) sont formées sur la surface périphérique interne du tube (3) afin de faire le tour parallèlement les unes aux autres avec les différentes phases. Le rapport (P/D) entre l’inclinaison (P) des saillies en spirale (12, 13, 14) et le diamètre interne (D) du tube (3) est établi entre 2,0 et 4,0.  ディーゼルエンジンに対し大幅な性能低下を招くことなく良好に適用し得るEGRクーラを提供する。  チューブ3と、該チューブ3を包囲するシェル1とを備え、該シェル1の内部に冷却水9を給排し且つ前記チューブ3内にディーゼルエンジンから排気ガス10を導いて該排気ガス10と前記冷却水9とを熱交換するようにしたEGRクーラに関し、前記チューブ3の内周面に互いに周方向に位相をずらして並走するように三条のスパイラル状突起12,13,14を形成すると共に、前記チューブ3の内径Dに対する前記各スパイラル状突起12,13,14のピッチPの割合(P/D)を2.0~4.0とし且つ前記チューブ3の内径Dに対する各スパイラル状突起12,13,14の山高さHの割合(H/D)を0.1~0.2とする。
