Abstract

The invention relates to technical engineering, in particular to positive displacement hydraulic machines, more specifically to hydraulic engines and pumps provided with internal gear rotors, in particular to the multi-phase use thereof. The inventive machine comprises an external rotor (6) provided with internal toothing (7), an internal rotor (8), which is eccentrically arranged therein, provided with external toothing (9) and is rigidly connected to a shaft in such a way that increasing and decreasing spaces are formed between the teeth and roots of the two rotors, and annular end discs (21, 22), which are coaxial with the external rotor (6) and are adjacent by the flat side surface thereof to the both end faces of the external and internal rotors (6, 8) through the entire thickness of said flat side surface. Said machine is provided with an elastic flexible polymer coating. The annular end discs (21, 22) are rigidly connected to the external rotor (6) end faces in such a way that a single rotary part is formed by means of threaded elements. The thickness of the flat annular surface of each end disc (21, 22) is produced according to a determined ratio.

L'invention appartient au domaine des constructions mécaniques et notamment des machines hydrauliques à déplacement volumique, et plus précisément des moteurs hydrauliques et des pompes à engrènement interne des rotors, notamment leur réalisation multiphasée. La machine comprend un rotor externe (6) avec des dents internes (7) et un rotor interne (8) muni de dents externes (9) et monté de façon excentrique, qui est rigidement lié à un arbre de manière à former deux cavités actives d'aspiration et d'éjection entre les dents et les logements des deux rotors, ainsi que des disques d'extrémité annulaires (21, 22) coaxiaux avec le rotor interne (6) et adhérant par la surface plane annulaire aux deux extrémités des rotors interne et externe (6, 8), sur toute l'épaisseur de cette surface annulaire. La machine est munie d'un revêtement polymère souple. Les disques d'extrémité annulaires (21, 22) sont reliés aux extrémités du rotor interne (6) de manière à former une pièce de rotation unique au moyen d'éléments filetés. L'épaisseur de la surface annulaire plane de chaque disque d'extrémité est choisie (21, 22) en fonction d'un rapport prédéterminé.

Изобретение относится к области машиностроения, в частности к гидромашинам объемного вытеснения, а именно к гидравлическим двигателям и насосам с внутренним зацеплением роторов, и в частности к мультифазному их использованию. Машина содержит внешний ротор (6) с внутренними зубьями (7) и установленный внутри него с эксцентриситетом внутренний ротор (8) с внешними зубьями (9), жестко связанный с валом с образованием рабочих полостей всасывания и нагнетания между зубьями и впадинами обоих роторов, а также кольцевые торцевые диски (21, 22), соосные с внешним ротором (6), примыкающие плоской кольцевой поверхностью к обоим торцам внешнего и внутреннего роторов (6, 8) по всей толщине этой кольцевой поверхности. Машина снабжена эластичным упругим полимерным покрытием. Кольцевые торцевые диски (21, 22) жестко связаны с торцами внешнего ротора (6) с образованием единой детали вращения посредством резьбовых элементов. Толщина плоской кольцевой поверхности каждого торцевого диска (21, 22) выполнена в соответствии определенным соотношением.
